Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Comply LTD is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us so we can contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods as this may be required to file a claim.
Comply LTD ships internationally, overseas shipping prices will automatically be calculate at checkout.
You may request to cancel your order for a full refund, to do so, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of placing your order.
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days and are usually received within 5-7 working days, however some may take up to 30 working days depending on the card/bank issuer.
Exchange an Item
If you have ordered the wrong size or colour we will be happy to exchange provided you have not opened the packaging and broken the hygiene security seal.
All exchanges need to be logged through calling our order processing officer, by calling tel: 0845 634 5000. You will then need to return the product including your contact details and post to:

You’ll need to return the original item within 30 days to avoid being charged for both the original and exchange items.
Note: If you’re exchanging an item for a different size or colour, we’ll cover any cost increase, or alternatively refund any cost decrease. Otherwise, if you’re exchanging an item for a different product that costs more, we’ll charge you the difference in price. We’ll refund you the difference if the new item costs less.
